MANAGING DIRECTORS
Robert H. Getz
Mr.Getz joined Prudential Investment Corporation in 1985 and then joined Prudential Equity Investors in 1987. Mr. Getz was among the original founding principals of Cornerstone in 1996. During the past twenty years, Mr. Getz has led numerous successful transactions in the technology, specialty manufacturing and business service sectors. Mr. Getz has significant experience working with portfolio companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital market activities and offshore manufacturing. Until its recent sale to the Laird Group PLC, Mr. Getz served as a director of Centurion Wireless Technologies, Inc. and currently serves as a director of Haynes International, Inc., and Novatel Wireless, Inc. where he services as chair of the compensation and nominating committees. Mr. Getz is a graduate of Boston University, where he received his B.A., cum laude, and the Stern School at New York University, where he received his M.B.A in finance.

Robert A. Knox
Mr. Knox was a founder of Prudential Equity Investors in 1984 and was among the original founding principals of Cornerstone in 1996. Mr. Knox currently serves as a director of Health Management Associates. Mr. Knox is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Boston University, where he received his B.A. and M.B.A. degrees.

Stephen L. Larson
Mr. Larson joined Cornerstone as a Managing Director in 1998. Mr. Larson's responsibilities include deal sourcing and all aspects of deal execution. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Mr. Larson was a Managing Director of C.F. Capital Corporation (“CFCC”), a Connecticut-based merchant banking firm, where he worked from 1987 to 1998. At CFCC, Mr. Larson led corporate finance assignments on behalf of corporate clients. Mr. Larson also played a lead role in CFCC’s principal investment activities, helping to source, structure and ultimately exit acquisitions. The largest and most profitable of such investments involved Sparkling Springs Water Group, Ltd., where Mr. Larson served as Vice Chairman and CFO and identified and negotiated 15 acquisitions. Mr. Larson’s industry focus at Cornerstone is on business services and healthcare. Mr. Larson served as a director of ViPS Healthcare Information Solutions, Inc. until its recent sale to WebMD and currently serves on the boards of Equitrac, Inc., Interim Healthcare, Inc., Neptco Holdings, Inc. and Vestcom International, Inc. Mr. Larson is a CPA and a graduate of the University of Illinois, where he received his B.S., and the University of Chicago where he received his M.B.A.

Dana J. O'Brien
Mr. O’Brien was a founder of Prudential Equity Investors in 1984 and was among the original founding principals of Cornerstone in 1996. Mr. O'Brien's responsibilities include deal sourcing and all aspects of deal execution. Over the past twenty-one years, Mr. O’Brien has led numerous successful investments in the healthcare and business services sectors. He served as Chairman of ViPS Healthcare Information Solutions, Inc. until its recent sale to WebMD and currently is Chairman of Interim Healthcare, Inc. and Vestcom International, Inc. He also is a director of Neptco Holdings, Inc. and Team Health, Inc. and chair of their respective compensation committees. Mr. O'Brien is a graduate of Hobart College, where he received his B.A., and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received his M.B.A.

Mark Rossi
Mr. Rossi was a founder of Prudential Equity Investors in 1984 and was among the original founding principals of Cornerstone in 1996. Mr. Rossi's industry focus is on specialty manufacturing and business services; Mr. Rossi also has extensive investment experience with technology-based companies. Until its recent sale to the Laird Group PLC, Mr. Rossi served as a director of Centurion Wireless Technologies, Inc. Mr. Rossi is currently the Chairman of Equitrac, Inc. and is also a director of ArrayComm, Geotrace Technologies, Inc. and Maxwell Technologies, Inc. Mr. Rossi is a member of the Board of Trustees of AFS, USA, the Inner City Scholarship Fund of the Archdiocese of New York and Saint Vincent College, where Mr. Rossi received his B.A. degree. Mr. Rossi received his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
William E. Austin, Jr.
Mr. Austin served in various financial positions with Prudential before joining Prudential Equity Investors as its CFO in 1991 and has served as CFO of Cornerstone from the firm’s inception. Mr. Austin is responsible for all accounting, control and treasury functions, as well as investor reporting. Mr. Austin is a member of the Private Equity CFO Association. Mr. Austin is a CPA and a graduate of the University of Florida, where he received his B.S.,B.A. in Accounting.
